Our Delivery Commitment
Menu Shop aims to ensure that our handcrafted products reach you in the same standard as which they are despatched. To do this, great care and precision is taken to ensure all our products are packaged safely.
We are able to offer our UK and Irish customers a standard delivery fee on nearly all our product ranges. Due to their size, some of our larger items (Menu Cases, Signs, A-Boards etc) can incur additional delivery costs.
We are committed to being open an honest with all our customers. To our international customers this means offering you the best quote possible for your delivery.
Once you have placed an order with us, a sales team member will be in contact with a delivery quote to ensure you get the best price available.
UK & Ireland Postage Zones
Prices are for 1 x 20kg box, if your delivery requires 2 or more boxes we will contact you with revised delivery charge to get your approval BEFORE we proceed with the order.
Depending on the product ordered, most items will reach you in 3 - 15 working days. Please contact us for an exact delivery time.
Please note if you are placing an order with us for delivery outside of the UK our courier will contact you for the required VAT payment prior to delivery. Duties and fees may also apply. Each country has its own rules on import so if you are unsure please don’t hesitate to ask and we will advise.
World Wide Shipping
For any orders placed online we will contact you for an updated shipping cost.
